Project Summary

When Hulu set out to premiere their new true-crime comedy Only Murders in the Building, they knew the usual trailers and teasers alone wouldn’t cut it.

So we reimagined the series with a fresh voice — YouTube creator Rudy Mancuso. Rudy played every character in an original skit inspired by the show’s premise. The six-minute video dropped on his YouTube channel, backed by TrueView paid media and organic posts across his socials.

The impact was immediate: viewership spiked week over week, and Only Murders climbed to #1 as Hulu’s top comedy.
