Project Summary

Xbox needed to grow its community without alienating loyal fans, so we ditched the gamer stereotypes. With 85% of internet users playing games — but not identifying as “gamers” — we shifted Xbox from product-pushing to people-first, welcoming anyone who plays. 

The result? A more inclusive, global social presence that speaks to all players, not just the hardcore.
