When 96-year-old Grandma Helen went viral on TikTok with a snarky Carnation jingle – and racked up 16M views — we didn’t miss a beat. We quickly launched a Carnation TikTok channel, teamed up with The Gregory Bros. to remix the jingle, and amplified it across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

But why stop there? We turned up the heat with a generational challenge, bringing in top TikTok influencers of all ages to make their own jingles. The result? The most successful TikTok launch Nestlé has ever had.

Our campaign saw 2.6M engagements, 22K TikTok Shop views, and 3.13% campaign click-through rate (a whopping 247% above benchmark).
